Poverty is not Self Inflicted.45-50.

When the Mangotree was taken over poverty and starvation became a way of life for the Fruit Pickers. Why has poverty and starvation survived so long, when there is more than enough food to feed all of humanity?  the lazy people made the fruit pickers work for food, poverty is also created by “middlemen” a useless parasite who make more than the grower/ producer, poverty is also caused when farmers destroy crops  to get a bigger price for what’s left, they cut down 30 year old orchards if the price is too low, the middlemen always control the price that is why Pineapples are brought halfway around the World to sell in a marketplace in Queensland that is surrounded by pineapple farms, the driving force behind this is PROFIT,

The market economy is  make believe it implants in peoples minds a different view of the economy, poor people are told they can become rich if they work hard, the poor can never become richer because the rich would become poorer, the poor will never be in the driver’s seat because they are the fruit pickers, and those who control the economy have the fruit picked for them,

Over the last 200years the World population has increased fivefold, the Worldwide production of all kinds of goods and services increased fiftyfold, that says we produce ten times more than we need to survive, before that World production and income hardly increased  at all since the Mangotree was taken over.

In today’s World the economic jargon of the total production of a nation is called GDP Gross Domestic Product,

Given that the system is run by the lazy people it was virtually inevitable that the extraordinary development of income per head would be unevenly distributed, the problem of correcting the

                                                    Page46

resulting inequality  is as much political and social as technical and economic, most of the Worlds leaders believe in increased growth , to do this the environment would suffer, economic growth is not the answer because the benefactors of any growth would be the profiteers the rich and powerful,

Government budgets are smoke screens that give false representation of the facts, the system is manipulated by corrupt politicians, economics are never in black and white, always red and black,

Here are some economic “schemes of things” if we were to just print money and give everyone enough to have a happy life, we would be said to be insane, and the rich would tell us the nation would go bankrupt.

In Australia the government gave the rich a money printing machine under another disguise, how was it done.  During 2001 the Howard government introduced a $14.000 first homeowners grant. Let’s assume the cost of this scheme was $100.000.000. this gave the building industry a leg up, in the first three months property prices went up by about $30.000 or more after two years property prices had doubled. And the Howard government would have received  tens of billions of dollars in extra taxes, where did this money come from, it came from the added equity to property, no different than printing money the government gained a extra 8 billion dollars above what they had budgeted for, they then bragged about how good the economy was,  during Howards time as Prime minister you could say  that the extra equity created during that time could be  two to three trillion dollars Australia wide, dollars that were not worked for ,was invented in a corrupt greedy politicians mind, just imagine all those members of Parliament who had property during that time, I know of rich people who put down a $10 deposit that’s all they needed as

                                                  Page 47

they had equity in other properties. They then installed a tenant to pay the mortgage. politicians feather their own nests, property prices had risen in ten years a $45.000 property was now $450.000 all because the government manipulated the market, introducing the first homeowners grant they then introduced negative gearing where a landlord could claim for lost rental moneys. Then they used another scheme called rent assistance, this was in fact an indirect payment to landlords, to ensure property prices skyrocketed. Those policies are now exacerbating division and destabilization of Australian Society. Fewer and fewer people are living in homes they own, tax deductions on property investments give those on a high income the opportunity and incentives to buy extra properties. that will  be paid for by tenants,  I know of one property that was  bought in 2004 for $38.000  since that time tenants have  paid $140.000 in rent, running costs may have been $20.000 over that time, the property now worth $380.000, and still tenants pay rent, remember the Mangotree, how can society justify this  great wrong against  those who can’t afford to buy a home, under the present corrupt system   that’s been around since the greedy lazy people took over the mango tree, no wonder there is so much poverty in our world ,

The end of this story will open people’s minds to the real World.

Many believe that humanity is more civilized today than in times gone past. Poverty in today’s terms did not exist there were no credit cards todays politicians create poverty in their efforts to make themselves and their mates richer.

What is poverty, poverty is surviving under conditions that ordinary people find intolerable, living in sub-standard housing , never being able to buy new clothes  trying to make ends meet when you are part of the  surplus workforce, The truth about the origins of poverty is never really understood, but the activities of landlords and money lenders has a big impact on the lives of every human being more so those living in poverty.

Poverty does not develop from one system of government capitalism and communism both exploit workers (fruit pickers) poverty and inequality are closely connected by a common relationship to the general welfare of society, economists call it Social Welfare,

Social Welfare in a mathematical sense is a type of economic happiness for those living in poverty because an extra dollar to a poor man means more than a extra dollar to a rich man in means being able to buy the necessities of life, the final solution the landlord politicians hope for, is for all fruit pickers to be working for a Social Security Payment and living in a rental property  paying high rents,

There are many who believe that if poverty was eliminated there would be no desire to work, all ordinary people receive money for work or social security. The fact is we are transfer stations receiving (passing on) money, so who really benefits,

Every time we talk of changing things for the better, we are unaware we would only be changing things within the system, we must start all over again. Pull down the fences, invent new tools.

Poverty has been linked to the rise in the number of Surplus Workers, if all surplus workers were paid the minimum wage ,poverty would be a thing of the past, why do we have surplus workers,? Answer, the need for employers to keep wages low, all

                                                    Page 49.

Governments create a 5% surplus workforce, that they call the “unemployed” the truth is employers and governments are the people who are said to create jobs. So, if there are no jobs then we should blame employers and government, not those who can’t find a job,  if the government had to pay the minimum wage to someone who is surplus to the needs of employers, the government would ensure everyone had a job, and instead surplus workers competing against each other for a job. Employers would have to compete to find a worker, offer more money.

People who live in poverty are blamed for bad management of their recourses, it is said they are to blame for their predicament, were the fruit pickers to blame for their predicament, no, the lazy people were responsible,

Sometimes people living in poverty receive aid/handouts, aid is given with strings attached, how is aid distributed?

The World bank once known as the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development was originally founded for post/war construction, it soon became exclusively concerned with Third World development (exploitation of poverty there was a huge amount of money to be made  giving aid to poverty ravaged Nations,

So how do the givers of aid for development make money? Let’s say those giving aid hand over$100.000.000 most of this money goes to build factories to employ poverty stricken workers who now have a job that pays $3 a day, any amount is better than starving to death, most of the goods manufactured are exported to the country that supplied the aid/loan, the goods exported were very cheap, the Nation that received the aid did not gain as they now had to borrow tens of millions of dollars to set up infrastructure to service the new industry,

                                                Page 50.

Aid is usually measured as a net flow meaning the total amount of cash going out in aid/loans/investments less the return flow of interest and profits from the sale of cheap goods, quite often the outflow is ten to one hundred times  greater than the inflow,  eventually the nation who received the aid and loans in US Dollars  go bottom up, their currency is devaluated say 50% this, devaluation doubles the debt now owing,, there is another side to this, the nation who are importing the cheap goods have to lay off workers who soon become  part of the surplus workforce and poverty knock on their door, what’s the point of  all this. When the only people making fortunes are the banker/moneylenders, developers /landlords, why has there to be strings attached to aid/loans,

The World Bank is not a charity organization they plant money to make money,

More than often the nation that received aid/loans, becomes unstable because of a huge debt, the people divide and blame each other, eventually fighting each other. The givers of aid will move in and supply weapons to both sides at inflated prices to be paid later. When they stop killing each other “the good guys” will make more aid available to rebuild the nation again.

I have spent decades studying how the people of this Planet would cope, if we rid the society of landlords and money lenders.  we would survive because we would walk on water,
